Conveniently located and exceptional staff.

Excellent customer service! My parents were with me and my mother needed ice and heat throughout the stay for back pain. The desk clerk kept ice in the freezer for us and even brought a microwave to our room so we could heat mom's hot pack. She did this on her own...we didn't even ask for it! ...read more

The free breakfast was one of the best I've experienced.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants and places of interest. The breakfast area was clean, roomy and the food was very appetizing.

It did not have a work out room.

I like the Holiday Inn express and would recommend this hotel for business or family trips. The location was centrally located for our purpose.
